About Your Teacher:

Dance, fitness, and movement always been a part of my life. I’m extremely passionate about healthy living and enjoy sharing that with others. Yoga found me and I’ve benefited so much from it. I then realized I wanted yoga to become my lifestyle so I decided to travel to Rishikesh, India yoga capital of the world to deepen my knowledge and personal practice.

My classes stem from creative expression and are genuinely unique. The focus lies in making peace of mind and happiness the only priority!

” We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure joy flows like a shadow that never leaves.”
