About Your Teacher:
“I am a New York City based vinyasa yoga teacher who believes practice should be fun, challenging, and accessible to everyone. In my vinyasa flow classes, I create a playful space for students to incorporate lessons of endurance, strength, and mindfulness into their practices. My students learn lessons in structure and alignment while also leaving class feeling peaceful and at ease.I teach men, women, skinny people and curvy people! Get in where you fit in and take class with me!”
